Elm Crest Manor is looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN, Director of Nursing, to lead and oversee the nursing department, ensure high quality patient care, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations all while fostering a positive and supportive work environment. We are a well accomplished, 4 star, 57 bed skilled nursing facility with an attached 19 bed apartment assisted living unit.

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.
• Ensure compliance with health care regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to foster professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care services.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Monitor patient care quality and respond to feedback and concerns.
• Manage nursing budgets and resource allocation efficiently.

• 2-3 years of Nurse Management experience in a post-acute / skilled nursing facility, LTC or Hospital preferred.
• Current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Dakota.
• Significant experience in a nursing leadership role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and staff resources effectively.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and nursing education.
