Nurse Supervisor

Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead outpatient rehabilitation teams with a focus on compassionate, personalized patient care.

• Developing and implementing patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or units.
• Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, evaluations, and discipline as needed.
• Assuming patient care duties when necessary and building meaningful relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories and fostering a supportive team environment.

• Current RN licensure according to state regulations.
• BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN certifications obtainable within one year.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, responsible for staff oversight and accountability.
