Registered Nurse; RN) Nurse Supervisor Night Shift

Role: Nursing Supervisor in a long-term care setting, responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining a safe environment.

• Assigning staff duties, supporting teamwork, and promoting proper resident care within policies.
• Completing rounds to assess residents, identifying needs, and reporting concerns promptly.
• Managing staff discipline, resolving performance issues, and fostering accountability and autonomy.
• Reviewing and revising care plans based on resident assessments and implementing relevant interventions.
• Providing resident and family education, assisting with ADLs, and ensuring timely delivery of care.
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment and participating in quality assurance and safety procedures.
• Handling crisis situations, coordinating activities across the facility, and investigating concerns or incidents.
• Communicating effectively with staff and leadership, and performing other assigned duties.

• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• Preferred: two years of long-term care supervisory experience and three to five years of nursing experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move residents and equipment safely.
• Proficiency in documentation, manual dexterity, and visual acuity.
