Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

• Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on specific units.
• Monitoring staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Providing direct patient care when needed and building strong relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrating patient milestones and outcomes.

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
• BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified time frames.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, responsible for staff management and accountability.
