Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead outpatient rehabilitation teams, ensuring compassionate, tailored patient care and seamless procedure implementation. The role involves supervising nursing staff, managing treatment services, and acting as a liaison between administration and staff. Key responsibilities include developing care programs, monitoring staff performance, providing on-the-spot feedback, and building meaningful patient relationships to support recovery. The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, with BLS certification (ACLScertification within one year, CRRN certification within eligibility), and preferably a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Prior inpatient hospital experience and leadership roles such as charge nurse are required.
- Current RN licensure according to state regulations
- BLS certification, ACLS certification within one year
- CRRN certification within eligibility
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Two years recent inpatient hospital experience
- Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Leadership and supervisory abilities
