Join our team as a registered nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact by providing care in diverse healthcare settings.
Responsibilities Include- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized patient care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.
- Performing patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions across all care phases.
- Practicing within the scope and standards of nursing, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Providing care across preventative, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up phases, tailored to patients' age and population needs.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
- At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications.
Care coordination, patient assessment, education, triage, and implementing nursing interventions within professional and regulatory standards.
