Registered Nurse

• Utilizing the nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized care.
• Collaborating with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to coordinate and evaluate patient care.
• Managing all phases of patient care, including preventative measures, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Planning and coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, providing education, triaging, and performing various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a bachelors degree is preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if eligible under NLC.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Residency at least 60 miles from the facility location.

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing standards and ethics.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to various clinical scenarios and patient needs.
