Traveling Registered Nurse

• Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate care plans.
• Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Planning, assessing, educating patients, triaging, and executing various nursing interventions.
• Adhering to scope and standards outlined by nursing practice acts and professional guidelines.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure for NLC states.
• At least one year of nursing experience with a minimum of six months in travel nursing.
• Ability to meet department-specific competencies and certifications.

• Provide patient-centered care through assessment, planning, and implementation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes.
• Educate patients and families, coordinate care, and perform triage as needed.
• Maintain compliance with legal and professional standards of nursing practice.
