Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Include

• Providing individualized patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Practicing within the full scope of nursing standards, using age and population-specific guidelines.
• Managing patient care across all phases, including prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Performing patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Ensuring compliance with state-specific nursing practice laws and standards, guided by the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure for NLC states.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience and six months of travel experience.
• Residency at least 60 miles from the facility location.
• Maintaining required competencies and certifications.

• Offers competitive weekly pay, including stipends, with eligibility for benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
• Contract duration is 14 weeks, with options to extend or transfer to other sites.
• Role involves 12-hour rotating shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly.
