Location: Verona
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized patient care across various settings, collaborating with healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
Responsibilities Include- Utilizing the nursing process to deliver comprehensive care in all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, and follow-up.
- Coordinating patient care, conducting assessments, providing education, triage, and performing various nursing interventions.
- Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program;
Bachelor's degree preferred. - Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state, with multistate licensure if applicable.
- At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
- Ability to work in a variety of clinical settings, demonstrating competency in nursing standards and certifications.
- Providing high-quality nursing care in a dynamic environment.
- Ensuring patient safety and education throughout all care phases.
- Maintaining compliance with licensure, certification, and department-specific requirements.
