Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a difference in patient care across diverse communities.
Responsibilities Include- Utilizing the nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.
- Providing care across all phases - from preventive health to treatment and follow-up - tailored to patients' needs.
- Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
- Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to ethical guidelines.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
- At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
- Residency at least 60 miles from the work location.
- Required department-specific competencies and certifications maintained throughout employment.
