Responsibilities Include
- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized patient care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate care.
- Delivering care across all phases—preventive, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
- Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
- Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and ethical guidelines.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure in NLC states.
- Possess at least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
- Live at least 60 miles from the assigned location and obtain necessary certifications and competencies.
- Weekly pay with stipends included.
- Eligibility for comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
- Opportunities for contract extensions or transfers to other Sanford sites.
