Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing opportunities to serve underserved communities. You will provide personalized patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate care.
Responsibilities include assessment, education, triage, and a range of nursing interventions across preventive to follow-up care. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts (36 hours/week) on 14-week contracts with options for extension.
