• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Providing care across all phases—from preventative and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the full scope of practice.
• Practicing within the standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and adhering to professional ethics and standards.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate competency, and follow age and population-specific standards.

• Providing individualized patient care and education.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure quality care delivery.
• Engaging in care planning, patient assessment, and nursing interventions.
• Maintaining licensure, certifications, and department-specific competencies.
