Registered Nurse

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in healthcare, especially within underserved communities, through travel staffing opportunities.

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Providing care across all phases—from preventative to follow-up—tailored to patients' age and specific needs.
• Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and a variety of nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, and maintaining required competencies and certifications.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure for NLC states.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Residency at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.

• Weekly pay, including stipends, eligibility for Sanford benefits, and options to extend or rotate to other Sanford sites.
