Join our team as an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver personalized patient care across various clinical settings. Responsibilities Include
- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide comprehensive nursing care.
- Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment.
- Performing patient assessments, education, triage, and a range of nursing interventions within the full scope of practice.
- Ensuring care delivery aligns with age-specific standards and professional ethical guidelines.
- Coordinating care across different phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program;
Bachelor's degree preferred. - Current, unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure for NLC states.
- At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
- Ability to live at least 60 miles from the work location and obtain necessary competencies and certifications.
- Strong clinical knowledge and adherence to nursing standards.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within interdisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.
- Offers weekly pay with stipends included, benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and time off.
- Contracts are 14 weeks with options to extend or transfer to other sites.
- Compliance with all licensing, certification, and workplace policies, including drug screening and background checks.
