We are seeking a confident and compassionate LPN with strong long-term care experience who thrives in a fast-paced overnight setting.
Key Responsibilities Include- Deliver high-quality nursing care to LTC residents
- Monitor and assess resident conditions overnight
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate charting and compliance documentation
- Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism
- Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience
- Experience caring for patients with:
- Trachs
- Ventilators
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- IV Certification preferred
- Previous travel or contract nursing experience is a plus
