Travel LPN - LPN

American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, requiring 2+ years of experience and BLS certification for night shift coverage.

• LPN license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor reference from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

• Post-acute, long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting with 39 beds
• Caring for patients with dementia, Parkinson's, and major depressive disorder (MDD)
• Patient ratio of 1:39
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR
• 12-hour night shifts
• Every third weekend and every third holiday required, including Christmas
• Provide skilled nursing care within a long-term care setting for residents with cognitive and mood-related diagnoses
• Local candidates accepted within an 80-mile radius
• 2-week notice required for cancellation
