Travel LPN - LPN

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift LPN for a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, requiring 1+ year of experience and BLS certification.

• Current LPN license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• Must be able to perform admissions and understand the full admission process
• Knowledge of transfer, discharge, and fall reporting procedures required
• Valid driver's license required for consideration

• Work in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility within the post-acute care setting
• Night shift schedule from 7PM-730AM, 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend and holiday
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Resident to caregiver ratio at night is up to 1:35, with support from up to 2 CNAs
• Responsible for medication pass at the beginning of the night shift
• Uses an unspecified computerized charting system
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Responsibilities include resident admissions, transfers, discharges, and fall reporting
• Candidates residing within an 80-mile radius may be considered as local placements
• First-time travelers may be considered for this role
• Two week's notice required for cancellation
