Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine Physicians at our New Town location. • High-performing practice that includes 3 collaborating Physicians and 5 Nurse Practitioners
• 5-day work week, with flexibility to work a 4 or 4 ½ day work week
• Average 16-20 patients per day
• Call every 9 weeks – Nurse triage utilized first, resulting in light call Adult and chronic care management

Active NP or PA Must have 3 years of experience and clinical acuity in family medicine and chronic disease management.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $ - $ annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.

If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
