Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care in Larimore, North Dakota, United States. This travel, temporary assignment starts 11/23/2026 and runs for 14 weeks in a skilled nursing facility setting. • Manage admissions and understand the admission process; complete transfers and discharges; report falls as required.
• Provide nursing care during night shifts, including med pass at the beginning of the shift; maintain up to 2 CNAs during this period.
• Support resident care with treatments per care plans and ensure accurate documentation in the charting system.
• Collaborate with the night team and be prepared to coordinate with day-shift staff (CNAs, med aides, and Bath Aide as applicable) to meet resident needs.
• Maintain resident safety and respond to changes in condition following facility policies and procedures.
• Adhere to the assigned shift schedule; note that on-call or back-up coverage is not required for this assignment.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Dakota
• BLS Certification required
• Ability to perform admissions, transfers, discharges, and fall reporting
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Ability to work the 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and function effectively in a post-acute/long-term care environment
