Groundskeeper

Position Overview

A national multi‑family management company is seeking a highly motivated, full‑time Groundskeeper to join our team at The Margot on Sage. The role requires working independently, performing physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions, and maintaining the external appearance of the community.

• Keep the grounds of the community in an attractive, safe condition, including exteriors, common areas, vacant apartments, sidewalks, and alleyways.
• Pick up litter and water lawns, shrubs, and flowers as needed.
• Apply insecticides and maintain watering and drainage systems.
• Assist in inventory control and upkeep of all grounds equipment and supplies.
• Provide emergency maintenance support and prepare make‑ready work.
• Clean all hallways, common areas, parking areas, sidewalks, and alleyways.
• Assist with other maintenance tasks as required.

• Preferred one‑year groundskeeping experience; general property maintenance skills (painting, pressure washing, trash pickup, etc.) are desirable.
• Excellent customer‑service skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., perform repetitive stooping, bending, and kneeling motions.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays when needed.
• Strong organizational and make‑ready skills; people‑oriented.
