About iGEAR® iGEAR®, a service of National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC), offers a large selection of customizable promotional items for marketing, event planning, and professional needs. Position OverviewAn Inside Sales Associate at iGEAR must work closely with members of iGEAR's production staff and Outside Sales teams, along with customers and vendors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The successful candidate will be an ambitious self‑starter motivated to work hard and always do the right thing for our member/customers.
EssentialDuties
- Build and maintain managed online apparel programs for iGEAR's primary customer base
- Provide superior customer support to internal and external customers in all encounters.
- Identify and resolve escalated customer concerns.
- Follow up on work orders within the production process to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback to the team.
- Review purchase orders and artwork.
- Prepare purchase orders for submission to vendors
- Order product from vendors.
- Perform data entry functions related to iGEAR and accounts receivable.
- Develop and build sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Work with iGEAR contracted artist for order artwork and approvals.
- Facilitate and follow up with Member/Customers on order requests.
- Research products offered to our customers.
- Submit sample requests.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Working level knowledge of business‑related software applications and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High School Diploma required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, preferred.

This position requires, at any given time, the ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs. This position also requires the ability to move around convention/event center facilities for up to 12 hours per day.
