Sales Development Representative; HF

Looking to launch or accelerate your sales career in a fast-growing healthcare and medical communications business?

We're expanding our U.S. team and are looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Development Representative to help fuel our continued growth. You'll work closely with senior sales leaders, learning the art of consultative B2B sales while generating opportunities with some of the world's leading pharmaceutical and medical device organisations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is competitive, commercially minded, and eager to build a long-term career in sales. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing development, and the chance to earn significant commission through an uncapped earning structure.

• Base Salary: $60,000
• OTE: $40,000+ in Year 1 (uncapped)
• Commission: Uncapped earnings based on revenue generated
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
• Location: Miami, Florida (office-based 5 days per week)

• Identifying and engaging prospective clients across the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors
• Generating high-quality meetings and sales opportunities for the senior sales team
• Learning a proven sales methodology through structured training and mentorship
• Building outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email and Linked In
• Supporting senior sales colleagues throughout the sales cycle
• Researching markets, competitors and industry trends
• Tracking performance against targets and KPIs
• Earning opportunities to attend industry events, exhibitions and conferences as you progress
