Security Officer – Full-Time (Ellendale, ND)

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Secure entrances and exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident during accidents, emergencies, or investigations.
• Set up barriers, signage, and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out additional tasks and duties as required for assigned site.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer/technology skills.
• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation skills a plus.
• Professional interaction with a wide range of individuals.
• Strong attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and proper escalation.
• Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
• CPR, AED, First Aid, and AVADE certified.
• 1 year security, law enforcement, or military police experience preferred.
