Job Summary:Are you mechanically inclined, passionate about agriculture, and ready to make a real impact in your community? Leading Edge Equipment is hiring Agricultural Technicians who thrive in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment
- Use Service ADVISOR and other diagnostic tools
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Support customers in-shop and in the field
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ag equipment or pursuing a tech degree
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Toolset preferred
- CDL
- Experience with diagnostic software
- Familiarity with combines, sprayers, and tractors
