  • Install and connect plumbing systems serving mechanical equipment and other facility infrastructure.
  • Read and work from blueprints, specifications, isometric drawings, BIM layouts, and coordinated construction drawings.
  • Install piping systems using materials such as PVC, CPVC, cast iron, copper, HDPE, carbon steel, stainless steel, and other project-specific materials.
  • Set plumbing fixtures, floor drains, cleanouts, interceptors, and related equipment.
  • Perform pressure testing, leak testing, inspections, and system verification.
  • Coordinate installations with mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and other construction trades.
  • Operate lifts, trenching equipment, and other construction equipment when trained and qualified.
  • Maintain an organized work area and follow all site-specific safety procedures.
  • Complete installations according to project specifications, schedules, plumbing codes, and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience.
  • Experience performing both underground and above-ground plumbing installations.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and isometric drawings.
  • Strong understanding of applicable plumbing codes, installation practices, and jobsite safety requirements.
  • Ability to properly lay out and install commercial plumbing systems.
  • Ability to work independently while also coordinating effectively with field supervision and other trades.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

  • Perform physically demanding construction work for extended periods.
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.
  • Work overtime, weekends, and extended schedules based on project requirements.
Project Highlights
  • Large-scale mission-critical data center construction.
  • Full-scope plumbing installation from underground utilities through final above-ground completion.
