• 1 to 2 years working in the rod basket or tubing board on a workover rig
• Experienced skill level in rigging up/rigging down (competency evaluation required)
• Ability to work at heights
• Class B CDL and knowledge to road a rig (bonus)
• Ability to work long hours and stretches of days, including holidays
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and participation in Job Safety Analysis meetings
• Ability to pass a pre-employment WorkSTEPS® physical, drug and alcohol screen
• Acceptable criminal and motor vehicle background check
• Proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
