As a seasoned iOS Engineer, you'll be joining a close-knit product team alongside several other top quality engineers. Given the growth of our team and the importance of the native apps, your expertise will have a monumental impact. At Blinq, we're gearing up for an exciting phase: continuing to leverage our strong base to build out features on the best that iOS has to offer.

You'll also play a pivotal role in enhancing our CI/CD stack, increasing observability, and the freedom to invest in whatever other strategic technical projects you identify.

• Feature development: Build out features on the app in partnership with your squad.
• Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance, feedback, and sharing best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product and technical roadmaps.
• Optimisation: Optimise application performance, reducing latency and ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Testing: Write and maintain unit and end to end tests to ensure app reliability and robustness.
• Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of the latest iOS development trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our app remains cutting-edge.

• Experience working on multiple iOS codebases with millions of regular users.
• Experience in technical leadership roles, task break down, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Familiarity with component based UI development such as Swift
  
  UI.
• Strong understanding of iOS app architectures.
• Experience with Graph
  
  QL.
• Experience with Widgets and Watch apps is ideal.
• Experience using Core Data or similar local data storage.
• 4+ years experience as a professional software engineer, minimum 2 years Swift experience.
