Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and maintaining relationships with property management and commercial clients.
  • Acquire and grow new commercial accounts while expanding existing relationships to increase revenue year over year.
  • Sell Northwest’s commercial services, ensuring all documentation adheres to company standards.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Attend regular training and continuing education programs to stay current on trends.
  • Maintain a safety‑first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Sales experience required; B2B sales preferred.
  • Property Management experience a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work independently.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
  • Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
  • Work in all weather conditions.
