Pay Range: $150,000 – $180,000 per year.

North Haledon Veterinary Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Part‑Time Associate to join our dedicated team and help guide the future of our community‑focused practice. As a leader in the practice, you’ll mentor our team, foster a supportive and growth‑mindful environment, and help expand our reach through community engagement initiatives like our Pet Wellness Days, which offer accessible care and introduce new clients to our trusted services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate veterinary care to clients and their pets.
• Mentor and guide the veterinary staff, fostering a supportive culture.
• Lead community engagement initiatives, such as Pet Wellness Days.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the CVP network on best practices and patient care.
• Maintain clinical autonomy within a supportive, high‑performance team.

Qualifications:

• Valid veterinary degree and licensing to practice in New Jersey.
• Proven experience as a veterinarian, preferably in a community‑focused setting.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
