• Engage with potential sellers to acquire pre-owned vehicles through in-person visits, online inquiries, and phone calls
• Accurately appraise vehicles based on current market conditions and dealership standards
• Build rapport with customers to create a positive, transparent selling experience
• Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth vehicle intake
• Maintain accurate records of appraisals, purchases, and customer interactions
• Meet or exceed vehicle acquisition goals and performance metrics

• Previous experience in the automotive industry or related customer-facing roles
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
• Ability to denote condition reports on vehicles (body work, cosmetic details, mechanical problems)
• Highly coachable with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
