• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles.
• Use catalogs and software systems to find part numbers and availability.
• Monitor stock levels, receive shipments, and organize parts in the storage area.
• Place orders for parts not in stock and follow up on delivery timelines.
• Provide service technicians with the correct parts needed for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for defective or incorrect parts.
• Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, service advisors, and other dealership departments.

• Previous parts advisor experience (preferred)
• Understanding of basic automotive components and systems
• Automotive dealership service experience (a plus)
• Any automotive certifications (a plus)
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
