The North Haven manufacturing site produces a broad portfolio of surgical and advanced energy products, including Tri-StapleTM, V-LocTM, SigniaTM, MaxTackTM, Lapro-ClipTM, and robotic end effectors.

This role supports day-to-day manufacturing operations by providing technical expertise to improve product quality, process performance, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency across production lines. This position is based in North Haven, Connecticut and is fully onsite. No travel is required. This role provides technical support for medical device manufacturing operations, partnering with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues, drive process improvements, and support quality and compliance objectives.

The position is responsible for monitoring manufacturing processes, investigating production challenges, and implementing corrective actions that improve operational performance.
** Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:*
* * Provide technical support for manufacturing processes, equipment, and production operations.
* Investigate manufacturing issues and perform root cause analyses to identify and implement corrective actions.
* Monitor process and equipment performance to improve cycle time, yield, quality, and unit cost.
* Collect, analyze, and report production and equipment data to support operational decision-making.
* Support calibration, inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair activities for manufacturing equipment.
* Troubleshoot instrument, equipment, and control system malfunctions to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
* Prepare and analyze metrics, trending reports, and salvage tracking data to identify improvement opportunities.
* Maintain process documentation and support compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
