Retail Merchandising Specialist – BDS Connected Solutions, LLC.

BDS Connected Solutions is a part‑time retail merchandising team that partners with leading consumer electronics brands. We offer a flexible schedule, weekly pay, paid training, and the chance to work independently across a range of assignments.

• Travel to assigned retail stores to conduct product and display audits within your territory.
• Install and maintain displays for TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, phones, and other consumer electronics.
• Collaborate with teammates on 2–3 person projects such as appliance or TV installations.
• Build positive relationships with in‑store staff and maintain accurate product presentation.
• Complete all assignments and submit reports on time using your personal mobile device.
• Schedule and complete work according to BDS standards, with guidance provided during onboarding.
• Receive or pick up materials from Fed Ex and transport them to locations as requested.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous merchandising, customer service, or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills to collaborate with BDS and in‑store stakeholders.
• Proficiency with a personal Android or Apple device (smartphone/tablet) that can upload photos, report assignment data, and access documents.
• Ownership of a basic toolkit (BDS will reimburse cost after successful completion of the probationary period). A toolkit includes: multi‑screwdriver, Torx bit set, hammer, cordless drill, Allen wrench, box cutter, rubber mallet, socket set, needle‑nose pliers, precision wire cutters, crescent wrench, putty knife, microfiber cleaning cloth, and Goo Gone.
• Ability to complete online BDS training courses within the required timeline before working in‑store.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and at least 18 years of age.

• Flexible availability Monday–Friday, early morning to midday, with occasional weekend hours.
• Minimum 20 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to travel within a designated market up to a 60‑mile radius; BDS pays drive time and mileage between store locations.

• Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk, and/or hear.
• Regularly lift and carry 40+ pounds.
• Climb ladders up to 10 feet tall.
• Complete/pass certification (online and in‑store) to use moving equipment or forklifts, if required.
• Occasionally travel via flight or other modes of transportation.

USD $18.00 per hour.

Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs.
