Join Hallmark Cards as a part‑time Field Merchandiser in the North Haven, CT area.

As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, support seasonal resets and installations, and occasionally work with other products in the stores you service.

• Hourly pay: $17.00 – $19.00 depending on skills and experience.
• Eligible for annual pay increases.
• Part‑time position with a variable weekly schedule.
• Average weekly hours: 12 – 15.
• Availability before and after major holidays (may include weekends) is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products inside and outside the Hallmark department, provide feedback, report time, and complete required surveys.
• Holiday support:
  Work additional days and extended hours during major holidays and, when necessary, on the holiday itself.
• Department resets:
  Participate in the installation and relocation of Hallmark fixtures and reset card sections, usually with a two‑week notice.
• Collaborate:
  Offer assistance to fellow merchandisers across territories as needed.

Work is physically demanding. You must consistently lift, pull, and carry up to 30 lb frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally; you should be able to kneel, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or ladders in both sales floor and back stockroom environments.

• At least 18 years old.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Capable of lifting 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
• Comfortable using digital handheld devices.
• Wi‑Fi and internet access.
• Reliable transportation to and between assigned stores.
