BDC - Business Development Coordinator

Mercedes-Benz of North Haven is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our Business Development Center team. As a BDC Sales Representative, you will cultivate inbound and outbound leads, generate showroom traffic, and drive dealership sales. This role requires an organized, self‑motivated, coach‑able, hardworking individual dedicated to high results.

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and establish follow‑up with sales appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to appropriate dealership resources
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are no‑shows
  • Participate in team and process development sessions while maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications
  • At least one previous customer‑service role
  • Strong collaboration, eagerness to improve, and positive attitude
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Strong computer skills

    Valid driver’s license
