Account Executive S4 Search Partners
• North Haven, CT, United States

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

We're seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term client relationships within a designated territory. Reporting directly to a District Sales Manager, this role plays a key part in achieving sales targets and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both independent and chain accounts.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Analyze customer accounts to uncover growth opportunities and optimize product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues quickly.
  • Provide market insights, customer feedback, and product opportunities to leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and marketing activities.
  • Support marketing plans and sales promotions to maximize impact.
  • Mentor and assist in onboarding new sales team members as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with consistent achievement of targets.
  • Strong relationship‑building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with presentation experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 100%).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with a variety of sales techniques and strategies.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent walking, standing, and bending.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
