Account Executive S4 Search Partners
• North Haven, CT, United States
Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
We're seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term client relationships within a designated territory. Reporting directly to a District Sales Manager, this role plays a key part in achieving sales targets and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both independent and chain accounts.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies based on customer needs and market trends.
- Analyze customer accounts to uncover growth opportunities and optimize product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues quickly.
- Provide market insights, customer feedback, and product opportunities to leadership.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and marketing activities.
- Support marketing plans and sales promotions to maximize impact.
- Mentor and assist in onboarding new sales team members as needed.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with consistent achievement of targets.
- Strong relationship‑building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with presentation experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Highly organized, with strong time management and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 100%).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with a variety of sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent walking, standing, and bending.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
