Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Industrial) — North Haven, CTPicture your day: you arrive at our North Haven facility and start with a quick walk-through of the production floor. A hiss from a pneumatic line catches your ear—you isolate the issue, swap a worn fitting, and bring the line back to spec. After lunch, you assist with setting up a new conveyor, tune a VFD for smoother ramp-up, and log your work so the next shift knows exactly what’s been done.

What You’ll Tackle Execute routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on industrial machinery and plant equipment.

Diagnose mechanical faults, then implement durable fixes that restore reliable operation.

Inspect, test, and verify performance and safety of systems following service.

Partner with peers to streamline processes and eliminate recurring issues.

Document maintenance activities, parts used, and findings with accurate records.

Keep work areas orderly and adhere to all safety procedures and standards.

Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment when needed.

What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate/degree is preferred.

Hands-on experience as an industrial mechanic or maintenance technician.

Solid grasp of mechanical assemblies plus hydraulics and pneumatics.

Ability to interpret manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.

Sharp troubleshooting instincts and strong attention to detail.

Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Flexibility to work overtime and varied hours as business needs arise.

Physical capacity to stand and climb, bend and walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
