Program Director – Aspire Living & Learning

Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Program Director. The Program Director plays a vital role in developmental supervision of employees and oversees programmatic, operational oversight and developmental supervision. This person holds a leadership role, building effective teams and championing internal and external partnerships.
Qualifications- 5 or more years’ experience in human services with at least 2 years’ experience overseeing and directing development, implementation, and evaluation of human services programs
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, administrative and communication skills
- Knowledge of management and supervisory techniques and best practices
- Knowledge of funding agency regulations/requirements
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and exercise authority when necessary
- Ability to provide on‑call support
- Must have satisfactory background checks; may be required to be a signer on financial accounts
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
