Work with Fitness Director to develop and realize your quarterly business plan
Willingness to be cross‑trained in multi‑operational support of new client prospecting, sales, service desk as well as fitness business needs
Ensure that the fitness floor, equipment and surfaces in the Center are sanitized, cleaned, in working order and well maintained
Provide Safe Start & Healthy Start appointments
Ability to advance through multiple Tier levels
Aptitude for professional development participating in Healthtrax University personal training workshops and your company subscription for online courses/CEU’s/discounts for Certification renewals to enhance your credentials
Generous quarterly bonus rewarded for consistency in meeting obtainable goals
Commissions applied on every new and renewed client program, in addition to base pay

Maintains certifications, with nationally recognized elite: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE and CPR/AED, required. Bachelor's Degree in related field of study, preferred. Competencies in service, sales and digital marketing give you a competitive advantage.
Is Patient, Positive, Persuasive, People Person with excellent verbal and written communications, time management and follow‑up skills
Stays current in the field and provide each client with a customized, scientifically sound program to help them reach their goals
Listens, builds trust, rapport and results thus retaining and attracting clientele
Enforces Center policies and guidelines and models cleaning and protective measures
