We are currently hiring for multiple LCSW positions throughout Sacramento!

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) delivers mental and behavioral health services to patients under an Integrated Behavioral Health program. The duties will include mental health/substance abuse assessment, integrated health care screenings, brief solution‑focused therapy, referral, and support services. Services will be provided to clients, families and others from diverse backgrounds.

The successful candidate has:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a university accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, and possession of a current Clinical Social Worker license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Familiarity with integrated behavioral health models within a community healthcare system; experience practicing in such a setting preferred.
• Experience in short‑term, evidence‑based, solution‑focused counseling; creation of treatment plans; psychosocial assessment; individual therapy; group therapy; cognitive‑behavioral therapy; motivational interviewing; trauma‑informed care; and crisis intervention.
• Knowledge of psychiatric, psychosocial, ethical, legal and privacy issues; substance misuse/abuse and chemical dependency assessment and treatment; understanding of current insurance benefits and restrictions in the area of mental health; knowledgeable of DSM‑V; and treatment issues concerning adolescents and minors.
• Knowledge and understanding of human behavior and communication, psychotherapy, case management, and the influence of cultural and spiritual values in counseling practice

• Must have a current and valid California driver’s license and the ability to provide proof of personal auto insurance on the vehicle driven during working hours.
