Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

Guide customers seamlessly through the sales process from initial greeting to vehicle handover
Actively prospect new clients through telephone calls, attending product launches, and participating in promotional events
Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, benefits, and available add-on products to tailor recommendations to customer needs
Utilise enquiry management systems effectively to track leads and follow up consistently
Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty, generate repeat business, and encourage referrals
Keep up-to-date with manufacturer training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Assist customers with finance options and documentation
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of stock availability and vehicle specifications

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or a similar role within the motor trade
Strong communication and organisational skills with a customer-focused approach
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards
Valid UK driving licence is essential
