• Assist with preparing and formatting compliance plans.
• Lead the delivery of key compliance folders.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documents.
• Liaise with consultants for timely report delivery.
• Monitor deadlines for submissions and renewals.
• Provide administrative support to fee-earning consultants.

• Experience in a business support or administrative role.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• A proactive and self‑motivated approach to work.
• Strong written English and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to take initiative and manage tasks.
• Valid UK driving licence.
