About the schools
At Heart of Supply, we’re proud to work with a variety of local schools in Sleaford and the surrounding areas, from nurturing primary classrooms to dynamic secondary environments, and specialist SEND provisions to inclusive academy trusts. Our partner schools are welcoming, well-resourced, and committed to creating positive spaces for both pupils and staff. Whether you’re looking to broaden your experience or find your perfect-fit setting, you’ll have the chance to step into a range of roles that suit your strengths, with our support every step of the way.
What you will need:

* A flexible and proactive attitude, ready to step into different classrooms and year groups
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
What we offer you:
* Competitive weekly PAYE pay
* Roles tailored to your lifestyle - day-to-day or longer term
* Access to exclusive opportunities in great local schools
* A friendly, experienced consultant who listens
* Free CPD and ongoing professional development
* A simple ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme
* A warm, supportive agency that genuinely cares about you and your journey
We’re fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All applicants will undergo thorough vetting, including enhanced DBS (with children’s barred list check and Update Service registration), references, and online checks as part of our compliance process.
