ATC Watch Manager

Overview Join MAG (Airports Group) as an ATC Watch Manager at East Midlands Airport - the UK's top freight hub and a gateway for global trade. This role supports the airport's air traffic services team in a fast-moving, complex regulatory environment.

• Lead and manage the Air Traffic Control Officers and Assistants during your watch, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Coordinate all airside and air traffic-related activities, responding to incidents in line with the Aerodrome Manual and MATS Part 2.
• Contribute to the EMA Duty Management team, ensuring seamless trade and excellent passenger experience.
• Maintain compliance with safety management systems and safety reporting processes.

• ADI and APS ratings, minimum five years as a UK civilian ATCO.
• OJTI and Assessor ratings (Investigator desirable).
• High standard of ATC skills and operational competence.
• Experience managing staff, resource allocation and shift coordination.
• Familiarity with SMS and safety reporting.
