Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Food Team Leader to inspire a team, lead by example and deliver outstanding customer service in our local store. You’ll coach colleagues, maintain high standards across availability, merchandising and cleanliness, and balance day-to-day operation with safety and procedures.
Working with the Store Manager, you’ll drive sales opportunities, support stock control, reduce waste and help ensure customers leave with a positive experience.
