Basic £24k, OTE £54k

Monday – Friday : 8 : 00am–6 : 00pm with a set day off

One weekend on, one weekend off

Our client, a prestige main dealer in Lincoln, is on the lookout for an experienced Automotive Car Sales Executive to join their successful and expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a luxury brand, build strong customer relationships, and enjoy excellent earning potential.

• Achieving agreed new and used vehicle sales targets
• Building trust, communicating effectively, and exceeding customer expectations
• Maintaining and accurately recording all customer contact details
• Handling customer queries and complaints to meet customer and company standards
• Responding to enquiries from new and existing customers
• Developing and maintaining specialist knowledge of the prestige brand’s vehicles

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade
• Ability to follow an established sales process to achieve targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

• 24,000 basic with a realistic £54,000 OTE
