Based in Sleaford with travel across Lincolnshire and beyond, you will build relationships, coordinate multi-agency plans, and deliver practical support to help young people transition to independent adulthood.
You will work flexibly, including evenings, with safeguarding, risk management and English-language duties, across diverse cultural contexts.
