We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Accounting Assistant to join our team in North Kingstown, Rhode Island at our high-volume granite fabrication organization. In this role, you will assist with a variety of accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy and organization of financial records regarding inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and proficiency in excel & word.
Construction industry background would be helpful but not necessary.
- Verify and process daily physical inventory in excel and monthly reconciliation.
- Assist with inventory control and management
- 4 Year BS College Degree or work experience
- Proficiency in Excel & Word.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors, clients, and team.
- Reliability and punctuality go without saying!
